O&A Heart Walk Teams Ready for Action
On Saturday June 3, our attorneys and staff will field two teams in the 2017 Capital Region Heart Walk and Run. We dedicate our efforts in the name of 5-year-old Heart Hero Ryan Galvin. We aren’t just walking. We’re Heartwalking!
Teams O&A Albany and O&A Latham will lace up our sneakers at UAlbany joining nearly 1 million Americans at 305 events across the country to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Our team captains are Jami Rogowksi for O&A Latham and Beth Connolly for O&A Albany. The local event begins at 8:30 a.m.
Our Heart Hero Ryan Galvin has a very special heart. In the entire United States only 50 – 100 people have the specific heart condition that Ryan has. His smile is as wide as all outdoors. He enjoys sports and also loves playing with his younger siblings, Connor and Carolyn.
Participating in community events has been an active past time for our firm throughout our 90-year history. This weekend is a great opportunity for us to continue our tradition of doing well by doing good.
