Jeffrey J. Sherrin Presents At National Conference for Clinical Laboratories

Jeff Sherrin joins a faculty of 80 lab-industry leaders today at the 22nd Annual Executive War College, billed as the nation’s pre-eminent gathering of senior lab executives, administrators, pathologists and innovators. The 2-day event, held at the Sheraton New Orleans on May 2-3, draws attendance of more than 700.

Jeff will conduct general session presentation, “How New Players and New Marketing Schemes Disrupt Today’s Clinical Lab Marketplace: Why MSOs and Pass-through Lab Test Contracts Might Violate State and Federal Laws”. He will also participate in the Legal/Compliance Panel, “Current Issues in Clinical Lab and Pathology Law, Compliance, Managed Care Contracting, Medicare/Private Payer Audits and More” and will join panel leading audience discussions on compliance, quality and advancing acceptance of molecular and genetic testing.

O’Connell and Aronowitz has twice recovered millions of dollars for independent and hospital-based clinical laboratories against the New York State Department of Health, including an $18M refund in 2013.
