Civil Litigation
Our Civil Litigation practice combines the experience of attorneys from health care, commercial, employment discrimination and personal injury litigation practice groups.
Our attorneys have extensive civil litigation experience in all federal and state courts, administrative proceedings before federal and state governmental agencies, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of civil litigation, from pre-litigation through trial. We have successfully represented clients before the United States Supreme Court. In addition to more common civil litigation such as Article 78 proceedings used to challenge government regulatory actions, and declaratory judgment proceedings, we represent plaintiffs in class action litigation, commercial and business disputes, Indian gaming disputes, federal civil rights cases, Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse litigation and other complex litigation.
